    The Administrative Law Practice Group presents a full-day Tax Policy Conference which will cover various facets of current Tax Policy, including a legislative update from Ken Kies, Managing Director of the Federal Policy Group at Clark/Bardes Consulting and former Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff, a lunchtime presentation by Assistant Attorney General Eileen J. O'Connor of the Tax Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, and three panel discussions spanning such topics as the IRS' new disclosure regulations and their impact, pending legislation to further the government's war on tax shelters, perspectives on the government's economic substance doctrine, and the prospects for reform of international taxation.
