  • ENVIRONMENTAL LAW, WETLANDS REGULATION AND REFORM OF THE ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT
    The Federalist Society's Environmental Law and Property Rights Practice Group hosted a conference on "Environmental Law, Wetlands Regulation and Reform of the Endangered Species Act. The conference was held in Washington, D.C. on February 16, 2006 and featured: Hon.
