    On May 12, the Federalist Society and the CATO Institute co-sponsored a forum on the recent Campaign Finance Decision. Speakers included The Hon. Kenneth W. Starr, Partner, Kirkland & Ellis, and counsel to Senator Mitch McConnell; Jan Witold Baran, Partner, Wiley, Rein & Fielding, and counsel to Senator Mitch McConnell; The Hon. Randolph D. Moss, Partner, Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, and counsel to Congressional Sponsors of the Legislation, as Defendant Intervenors; and The Hon.
